NEW Customers
All clients are required to complete a client intake and consent form for the service being completed.
Upon booking your first appointment online, you will be asked for a valid credit card to hold your appointment. Your card will NOT be charged unless you fail to show for your appointment. If you are a cash customer, please call to schedule your appointment, payment may be required prior to service. Your method of payment may be changed at service. Please arrive 10 mins before your appointment. This allows time to check in and to use the restroom.
Cancellation
Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments whenever possible and providing at least a 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. Canceled appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If the appointment is not canceled or rescheduled within the 24 hour time frame, a 50% cost of service will be charged to the card on file. Please understand that when you forget or cancel appointments without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
We know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago; as a courtesy, our appointment reminders are sent 36 hours in advance via Text Message and Email (if you disable this option, you will not receive reminders). However, if your text messages are filtered, set up on spam, or for some reason the text message isn’t received, it is still the responsibility of the client to know when your appointment is so you can avoid late arrivals, no shows, or cancelation fees. Services are guaranteed and reserved for every client.
Habitually rescheduling, arriving late or missing appointments will subject a client to having to pre-pay 100% of their service when making appointments.
Studio Etiquette
Only the client being serviced will be allowed in the service room except minors under the age of 18, in which case, a PARENT must be present.
The studio is not set up with a children's waiting area, please make appropriate accommodations for children under the age of 13. If a child under the age of 13 is brought to the service, a 50% charge of the scheduled service will be charged, and the service will need to be rescheduled. If a child 13 and over is brought and becomes disruptive in the waiting area, a 50% charge of the scheduled service will be required, and the service will need to be rescheduled. Should disruption occur during the service, the service will be terminated and 100% of service cost is required.
Please place ringers on silent and refrain from loud cell phone conversations in the studio. Pictures and/or Videos ARE NOT allowed at anytime during the service.
