Refunds will not be given for completed services. 

Gift Cards and Gift Certificates are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Refunds for prepaid services will be fully refunded up to 24 hours prior to service. Any service canceled after the 24 hour window will incur a 50% charge for the scheduled service and the other 50% will be refunded in the original form of payment.  IF YOU BOOK AND NO SHOW A 50% OFF SPECIAL YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE 50% SERVICE COST, NOT HALF OF THE 50%.

Clients are highly encouraged to cancel or reschedule services using our online and app services. If you call in, you MUST speak with a live individual to cancel or reschedule during normal operating hours and you must still abide by the 24 hour time frame to avoid any charges. Voicemail messages are not an acceptable method of canceling or rescheduling.
